We do not share or release any information to other parties regarding any documents we officiate at. You can be assured of our discretion and confidentially.
We are licensed by the State of New Jersey to perform all of our duties with special trust and confidence in my integrity and prudence.
Every notarization will be documented in our permanent log book. This record is for protection and to provide essential evidence that the notarization took place. We only collect information that is relevant to conduct the notarization. A
ll signers will be required to sign a login page. The information recorded will be your name, address, phone number, date of birth (DOB), number on id, dates on id, address signed if different that your address or on mortgages, location of property if different from permanent residence.
